Power Point

Here are the tips to do in a really bad Power Point Presentation

-Text Don't use a lot otherwise the audience will not pay attention to your presentation because they will be reading.

-Color don't use really bright colors . The color of the font should not blend in with the color in the background

-Size Use a size that it is possible to be seen. Don't use a really small size.

-Animation Using animation is good. But using too much of it just a distraction.

-Font Make sure to use a font that is easy to read.

-Pictures Use pictures that are related with the theme, always cite the source that you got them from.

-Sounds some times they are just annoying so if you will use it make sure you really need it.

The three power points I like the most were
Miti's I like the ironic
Spencer's Concise
Kealey's Organized

Copy right

Whenever I want to use some pictures or information I have to cite the source I get the picture from. If I want to use this information in a long term it means I have time to ask for permission to the creator, But If I need to use it immediately I don't have to obtain the permission. Under the fair use clause: students, teachers and reporters can use information they come about spontaneously without citing for a period of time. The most common ways to cite sources are, at the bottom of the page and using a small caption under the picture; giving credit to the original photographer. I will not need to cite if it is in the public domain, which happens when I get the photos from a free website.

Web 2.0

After reading some articles about web 2.0 that I found in the university library web page.
I think that one of the most interesting applications of web 2.0 is the social network service.
The social network service builds an online network for groups of people who have same interests. There are many social networks already operating such as messenger, file sharing, blogging, chat, etc. But the most popular now is the one that contain information of the person. For example my space or facebook. Where you can get some personal information as: age, address, interests, phone number, e-mail. You can also see the pictures of the person and look who are their friends. It is hard for bussines to enter this world because it is more of a social comunity. People don't want to mix their social lifes with their bussines life.

I don't want to mix my social life with my school work Even though I found it really useful. because In my case, I found old friends by these mean, I also love to send messages to friends, and share pictures with them. There is the possibility that a person you don't know can use this information with bad purpose which I is really dangerous.
